Abstract: A technique relating to a method and an apparatus to analyze the architecture of a multi-bank memory is disclosed. A method to analyze the architecture of a memory consisting of multi-banks comprises the steps of: accessing the memory in a cache line unit in accordance to at least one memory address; calculating operation processing time for data corresponding to at least one memory address by accessing the memory in the cache line unit; and determining the architecture of the memory based on the calculated operation processing time. Therefore, the architecture of the memory can easily be analyzed by sequentially accessing the multi-bank memory using a cache line as a unit, and analyze the pattern of operation processing time. This causes a low buffer drive to be minimized, thereby improving the performance of the overall system.

Abstract: 멀티뱅크메모리의구조를분석하는방법및 장치에관한기술이개시된다. 메모리구조를분석하는방법은, 멀티뱅크로구성된메모리의구조를분석하는방법에있어서, 적어도하나의메모리주소에따라캐시라인단위로메모리에접근하는단계와, 캐시라인단위로메모리에접근하여적어도하나의메모리주소에상응하는데이터에대한연산수행시간을산출하는단계와, 산출된연산수행시간에기반하여메모리의구조를판단하는단계를포함한다. 따라서, 캐시라인을단위로하여멀티뱅크메모리에순차적으로접근하여연산수행시간의패턴을분석함으로써메모리의구조를용이하게분석할수 있으며, 이를통하여로우버퍼충동을최소화함으로써전체적인시스템성능을향상시킬수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A virtual system and an instruction executing method thereof are provided to analyze the execution of an application program or an operating program in real time. CONSTITUTION: A VMM(Virtual Machine Monitor)(120) virtualizes a hardware(110). A user domain(140) is operated by a virtualized hardware. A root domain(130) is operated by the virtualized hardware. The root domain manages the user domain. The virtual machine monitor analyzes the execution operation of the user domain in real time. Abstract: Disclosed are a memory allocation method using a memory container and a device thereof. The memory allocation method using a memory container includes a step of receiving a memory allocation request signal from a first central processing device among a plurality of central processing devices; a step of selecting a first memory bank, among a plurality of memory banks forming a memory container, which has not been allocated to any central processing devices; and a step of allocating a memory frame within the first memory bank. According to the present invention, interference generated when accessing a memory is minimized.
