Abstract: PURPOSE: A bean spectrum selector judging fault and a selecting method thereof are provided to reduce working hours and human resources by not needing reselection work and to additionally collect a sample of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A bean spectrum selector comprises a light source, a spectrometer, a visible light generation unit(41), a near-infrared light generation unit(42), and a camera. The spectrometer divided light induced from the light source into the visible light and the near-infrared light. The near-infrared light generation unit irradiates the near-infrared light to a sample. The camera senses the reflection light in which the visible light is reflected from the sample and penetrating light in which the near-infrared light penetrates the sample. The fault of the sample is confirmable by using a spectrum of the reflection light and the penetrating light. The component of the sample is analyzed by using the spectrum of the penetrating light.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vegetable binder is provided to automate a binding process for binding supplied vegetable with paper iron string and a tying process for tying the string. CONSTITUTION: A central part of an S shaped binding stand descends along a vertical recessed groove by descent of a binding cylinder and the open both ends also descend along the groove while shrinking and then the central part of vegetable is bound with a string. After that, a hook rotating chuck rotates counterclockwise in order to bind the string one to fifth times and adjusts the string length within the range of 320 to 440mm. A binding cup sensor and a bound vegetable sensor sense the work of a binder(5) and thus the binder operates according to the program of a controller(8). The vegetable in binding cups(3a,3b) delivered on conveyors(2a,2b) stops when the binding cup sensor senses the cups and the string is tied.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for measuring the quantity of bacteria in a sample by using a nano-biosensor. The device according to the present invention comprises a reaction chamber, an ultraviolet lamp, and a fluorescent signal detector. The reaction chamber includes a sample holder which contains incorporation bodies generated by a reaction of a nano-biosensor, a sample, and micro magnetic particles. A cancer environment is created in the reaction chamber. The ultraviolet lamp emits ultraviolet rays to the nano-biosensor. The fluorescent signal detector measures a fluorescent signal, which is generated from the nano-biosensor by the emitted ultraviolet rays. The sample holder is a microchip including a fluorescent signal measuring part. The incorporation bodies are concentrated on the fluorescent signal measuring part by magnetic force of the micro magnetic particles. Through the device which includes the microchip with a micro flow channel and measures the quantity of bacteria with high sensitivity, salmonella can be detected even in the case where the quantity of salmonella is 10^3 CFU/mL.
