Abstract: The present invention relates to a simply operable portable cell disrupter and DNA extractor and, more specifically, to a method for disrupting cells and a DNA extractor which are invented for general users to simply perform DNA extraction from cell tissues which used to be possible only for researchers by processing various devices and reagents and testing for a predetermined time in a conventional laboratory. Such DNA disrupter comprises: a disrupting container for disrupting bioparticles including reagents and beads for cell disruption; a stopper including a filter which only extracts genes from disrupted cells and a gene amplification unit; a groove for installing a needle which is formed to install the needle in the center of the protruded part of the stopper; the needle installed in the groove for installing the needle; and a cap for protecting the needle.
