The present invention relates to a simply operable portable cell disrupter and DNA extractor and, more specifically, to a method for disrupting cells and a DNA extractor which are invented for general users to simply perform DNA extraction from cell tissues which used to be possible only for researchers by processing various devices and reagents and testing for a predetermined time in a conventional laboratory. Such DNA disrupter comprises: a disrupting container for disrupting bioparticles including reagents and beads for cell disruption; a stopper including a filter which only extracts genes from disrupted cells and a gene amplification unit; a groove for installing a needle which is formed to install the needle in the center of the protruded part of the stopper; the needle installed in the groove for installing the needle; and a cap for protecting the needle.

The present invention provides a probe composition and a DNA chip to simply, rapidly, and specifically identify the place of origin of hairtails, and a method for identifying the place of origin of hairtails using the same. According to the present invention, the present invention specifically identifies the place of origin of the hairtails, domestic hairtails and Chinese hairtails, and additionally identifies hairtails maid in Pakistan, India, Senegal, Iran, and/or Morocco by the place of origin. Therefore, the present invention can simply, rapidly, and accurately identify the place of origin of the hairtails and specifically identify the place of origin of the hairtails in order to prepare a measure which rapidly prevents imported hairtails, especially Chinese hairtails from being changed into domestic hairtails during import, quarantine, and distribution processes so that transparency of the distribution process of the hairtails can be enhanced, and profit and health of the domestic consumers can be protected.

PURPOSE: An acoustic sensor correction device having layout structure prevents wire tangling, twisting, breakaway, etc, can increase winding, and is not interfered by movement of an inspector since it is located in the side of a vessel, thereby providing convenience in processing acoustic sensor correction and measuring and reducing accident rates. CONSTITUTION: An acoustic sensor correction device comprises a mainframe (110) fixed on a vessel (10), and a correction material moving means preventing wire twisting when winding/unwinding the wire. The correction material moving means includes a wire-drum and a tension maintaining part. The wire-drum is rotated by a driving member. The tension maintaining part maintains the tension of the wire when winding/unwinding the wire.

본 발명은 갈치류의 원산지를 간단하고 신속하면서도 정확하게 그리고 특이적으로 판별할 수 있는 프로브 조성물, 유전자 칩 그리고 이를 이용한 갈치류의 원산지 판별방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 갈치류의 원산지를 특이적으로 판별하되, 국내산 갈치류와 중국산 갈치류를 특이적으로 판별할 수 있고, 추가적으로 파키스탄, 인도, 세네갈, 이란 및/또는 모로코산 갈치류를 원산지별로 판별할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 갈치류의 원산지를 간단하고 신속하면서도 정확하게 그리고 특이적으로 판별하여 수입산 갈치류, 특히 중국산 갈치류가 국내산 갈치류로 둔갑되는 것을 수입, 검역 및 유통과정에서 신속하게 차단하는 대책을 마련하게 함으로써 갈치류 유통과정의 투명성을 제고하고 국내 소비자의 이익과 건강을 보호할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
