Abstract: PURPOSE: A quantitative measurement method of reproductive output of Crassostrea gigas using immune reaction is provided, thereby easily and correctly determining the reproductive output of marine mollusk. CONSTITUTION: The quantitative measurement method of reproductive output of Crassostrea gigas using immune reaction comprises the steps of: collecting eggs of Crassostrea gigas to obtain an antigen; subjecting the eggs of Crassostrea gigas to ultrasonic wave and centrifuging the broken eggs to obtain anti-serum using the antigen; removing antibody exhibiting cross-reaction with the body tissue of Crassostrea gigas using immune adsorption method to prepare an antibody specific to Crassostrea gigas eggs; reaction of the Crassostrea gigas eggs antibody with total extract of Crassostrea gigas; and measuring the degree of the reaction, wherein the immune adsorption method uses glutaraldehyde; and the quantification of the Crassostrea gigas eggs protein uses ELISA.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种利用免疫反应定量测定牡蛎繁殖量的方法，从而方便，准确地确定海洋软体动物的繁殖量。 本发明公开了一种利用免疫反应定量测定牡蛎繁殖量的方法，包括以下步骤：采集太平洋牡蛎蛋以获得抗原; 用超声波对龙骨牡蛎的卵进行超声波处理，并使用该抗原离心破碎的卵以获得抗血清; 使用免疫吸附法去除表现出与太平洋牡蛎（Crassostrea gigas）的身体组织交叉反应的抗体以制备特异于巨牡蛎蛋的抗体; Crassostrea gigas卵抗体与Crassostrea gigas总提取物的反应; 并测量反应程度，其中免疫吸附法使用戊二醛; 并且对太平洋牡蛎蛋白质的定量使用ELISA。
