Abstract: PURPOSE: A quantitative measurement method of reproductive output of Crassostrea gigas using immune reaction is provided, thereby easily and correctly determining the reproductive output of marine mollusk. CONSTITUTION: The quantitative measurement method of reproductive output of Crassostrea gigas using immune reaction comprises the steps of: collecting eggs of Crassostrea gigas to obtain an antigen; subjecting the eggs of Crassostrea gigas to ultrasonic wave and centrifuging the broken eggs to obtain anti-serum using the antigen; removing antibody exhibiting cross-reaction with the body tissue of Crassostrea gigas using immune adsorption method to prepare an antibody specific to Crassostrea gigas eggs; reaction of the Crassostrea gigas eggs antibody with total extract of Crassostrea gigas; and measuring the degree of the reaction, wherein the immune adsorption method uses glutaraldehyde; and the quantification of the Crassostrea gigas eggs protein uses ELISA.
