Abstract: 본발명은바이러스에내성을갖는넙치육종방법에관한것으로, 본발명의바이러스에내성을갖는넙치육종방법으로생산된넙치는 L3, L4, L5, L6, L8, L9, L10 및 L11로구성된 8개의마이크로새틀라이트(microsatellite) 마커에특이적인프라이머를이용하여분석된 8개유전좌위의대립유전형의크기가 L3는 217~249bp, L4는 288~326bp, L5는 87~101bp, L6는 114~140bp, L8은 234~294bp, L9는 80~101bp, L10은 152~188bp 및 L11은 206~254bp인염기쌍(base pairs)을갖고, 바이러스성출혈성패혈증바이러스(viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus, VHSV)에내성이있으며, 빠른성장속도를나타냄으로써, 질병에강한넙치품종을개발하여양식업에유용하게사용될수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A quantitative measurement method of reproductive output of Crassostrea gigas using immune reaction is provided, thereby easily and correctly determining the reproductive output of marine mollusk.
