Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing phytotoxins and a process for preparation thereof by using thaxtomin separated from Streptomyces scabies. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody recognizes phytotoxins specifically and contains thaxtomin A which is separated and purified from Streptomyces scabies S33 strain, wherein the thaxtomin A is represented by the formula(1). Its manufacturing method comprises the steps of: purifying phytotoxin, thaxtomin A, from the culture of Streptomyces scabies S33 strain; conjugating the phytotoxin with bovine serum albumin(BSA) and injecting it into a mouse to form an antibody; and selecting a monoclonal antibody from hybridoma cells by ELISA.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供特异性识别植物毒素的单克隆抗体及其通过使用从耻骨链球菌分离的thaxtomin制备的方法。 构成：单克隆抗体特异性识别植物毒素，含有从痉挛链球菌S33菌株分离和纯化的thaxtomin A，其中thaxtomin A由式（1）表示。 其制造方法包括以下步骤：从耻骨链霉菌S33菌株的培养物中纯化植物毒素，thaxtomin A; 将植物毒素与牛血清白蛋白（BSA）共轭并将其注入小鼠中以形成抗体; 并通过ELISA从杂交瘤细胞中选择单克隆抗体。
