Abstract: According to the present invention, a cognitive perceptual assessment system for evaluating the driving ability of a disabled person with brain injury includes a user input unit (110) for receiving user input information including personal information of a testee and test information input with respect to content to test the cognitive perception of the testee; an evaluation control unit (120) for receiving and storing the user input information from the user input unit (110), for performing a control operation such that a plurality of kinds of cognitive perception test content to evaluate the driving ability of the testee are provided to the testee, and for outputting evaluation result data (Yw: CPAD scores) for each cognitive perception test content of the testee by comparing the test information of the testee input through the user input unit (110) corresponding to the provided cognitive perception test content with previously-stored answer information; and a display unit (130) including a display part (131) in which test items for the cognitive perception test content and the evaluation result data are displayed on a display window (131a) according to a control signal of the evaluation control unit (120).
