PURPOSE: A vaccine of neosporosis and a method for producing neosporosis are provided to induce infection of low level and prevent neosporosis. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine for bovine neosporosis contains Neospora caninum antigen. The vaccine further comprises Polygen^TM, IMS1313^TM, or PBS^TM as an adjuvant. A method for producing the vaccine comprises: a step of culturing Neospora protozoa in a cell; a step of collecting cultured Neospora protozoa; and a step of treating the Neospora protozoa with antigen.
Abstract:
A diagnosis kit of neosporosis using immunochromatography is provided to simply and economically diagnose neosporosis without expensive equipment. A diagnosis kit using immunochromatography comprises a neospora canium antigen which is adhered on a film. The antigen is Neospora caninum Kr2 strain. The film is a nitrocellulose film. The diagnosis further comprises anti-bovine immunoglobulin G on the film.

PURPOSE: The development of a diagnostic kit of Neosporosis, which is a major cause of abortion in cattle, rapidly and accurately is provided which promotes diagnostic efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The development of a diagnostic kit is provided for diagnosing Neosporosis which is a major cause of abortion in cattle rapidly and accurately. The kit is produced by separating bovine Neospora protozoal strains from a newborn baby' brain of dairy kettle, which is incapable of standing up immediately after a birth, and culturing in large quantities by cell culturing and attaching to a Teflon-coated slide.

본 발명은 곰팡이독소 디옥시니발레놀에 대한 특이단백질 햅토글로빈을 이용한 디옥시니발레놀 중독증 및 노출 진단방법 및 진단키트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단백질칩 기술을 이용하여 곰팡이독소 중 구토독소인 디옥시니발레놀(Deoxynivalenol)에 대한 생체특이발현 단백질을 확인하고 이를 이용하여 디옥시니발레놀 노출 및 중독증을 조기에 진단하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 곰팡이독소 DON에 중독되었을 경우 혈장 중에 특이적으로 햅토글로빈이 발현되는 것을 세계최초로 규명하였는바, 이를 이용하면 디옥시니발레놀의 생체노출정도 및 중독증을 진단하는데 용이하게 이용될 수 있다. 곰팡이독소, 특이발현단백질, 단백질칩, SELDI - TOF/MS, Haptoglobin

A method and kit for diagnosis of toxicity and exposure for deoxynivalenol are provided to improve detection convenience and time of deoxynivalenol by detecting increase of a haptoglobin level in blood plasma. A method for diagnosis of toxicity and exposure for deoxynivalenol comprises the steps of: coating an ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) plate with an anti-haptoglobin antibody; adding diluted blood plasma into the plate and reacting them for a certain period; reacting the plate with a secondary antibody to determine presence of haptoglobin having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1. A kit for diagnosis of toxicity and exposure for deoxynivalenol comprises an antibody specific to haptoglobin or its immunogenic fragment, fixed in a reaction region of a strip.
