PURPOSE: A plant growth controlling apparatus capable of producing high-quality plants without using agricultural pesticides is provided to analyze the change of photosynthesis in real time by measuring the gas exchange rate of the plants. CONSTITUTION: A plant growth controlling apparatus comprises the following: a plant growth controlling chamber(20) for planting a measuring plant; an adjusting unit adjusting the luminance, the temperature, and the humidity inside the plant growth controlling chamber; a gas analyzer(40) measuring the carbon dioxide exchange rate of the plant; and a controller controlling the luminance, the temperature, or the humidity inside the plant growth controlling chamber based on the analysis result of the gas analyzer, a preset program, or a plant growth analysis program.

A method for increasing the efficiency of garlic transformation using an Agrobacterium is provided to make up the optimal condition in co-culturing time and medium of Agrobacterium and garlic callus and redifferentiation medium. A method for increasing the efficiency of garlic transformation using an Agrobacterium comprises: a step of adding 0.5-2 mg/L of 2,4-D(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) and 0.05-0.2mg/L of IAA(indoleacetic acid) to induce a garlic callus in MS medium for seven to nine weeks; a step of co-culturing Agrobacterium tumefaciensin a co-culture medium to transform; a step of screening a garlic cell in a antibiotics added selection medium for 11 to 13 weeks; and a step of redifferentiating the garlic cell in the redifferentiation medium.

고안은 컨테이너를 이용한 식물 재배 장치에 관한 것으로서, 외부와 단열된 컨테이너 내부에 재배실이 분할 구획되고, 재배실 내부를 단열시킴과 아울러 식물의 성장에 필요한 광량, 온도, 습도, 이산화탄소량, 양액 공급량들을 인조광원, 공기조화부 및 양액 공급부를 통해 자동 조절할 수 있도록 함으로써, 남극과 같은 극한 지역 및 외항선 등에서도 효과적으로 채소류의 식물을 재배할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 갖는다.

PURPOSE: Agricultural products with a written message, and a formation method of the message on the products are provided to easily form three-dimensional message on the surface of the agricultural products by inducing a cork layer to the outside of the products. CONSTITUTION: A formation method of messages on agricultural products comprises the following steps: selecting an agricultural product(10) from cucurbitaceae vegetables and fruits; engraving the surface of the agricultural product to form the messages; and controlling the growth condition of the agricultural product to form a cork layer(30) on the engraved portion. The messages(M) are formed on the agricultural product in an embossed form by the cork layer.

CONSTITUTION: A home aquarium with hydroponic facility comprises: a water tub in which a water pump and a bubble generator are installed and a drain valve is installed in one-side part; a plant cultivation tub(20) which is installed to be projected upward to keep proper water level and in which a seating terminal jaw is formed in the bottom part; a board(30) which is installed in the top unit of the plant cultivation tub and is punched at the regular interval; and a lamp frame(40) which is detachably installed in the upper part of the plant cultivation tub and supports the lighting member.

A method for preparing a soap by using the fiber of sponge gourd, and a soap prepared by the method are provided to prevent the softening of a soap due to water and to improve the skin massaging effect of a soap. A method for preparing a soap comprises the steps of removing flesh and seed from sponge gourd and washing and drying it; removing the impurities from it; adding one dye selected from green tea, Sinapis alba L., hibiscus, Gardeniae Fructus and indigo plant to 200 g of water, heating it at 70-80 deg.C for 20-40 min, filtering the firstly obtained dye solution, adding 100 g of water to the dye, heating it at 70-80 deg.C for 20-40 min, filtering the secondly obtained dye solution, and mixing the firstly and secondly obtained dye solutions; diluting 5 g of a mordant in 1,000 g of water; adding sponge gourd in the dye solution at 50-60 deg.C to dye it; adding it in the diluted mordant solution for 20-30 min; washing and drying it; cutting it by a size of 3-5 cm; injecting the cut sponge gourd into the molten soap in a frame and cooling it.

본 발명은 접목·삽목묘 생산장치에 관한 것으로, 접목·삽목묘 생산장치는 온도, 습도를 포함한 환경제어가 가능한 밀폐형 식물생산챔버(10)와, 상기 식물생산챔버(10) 내에 위치되고 전면 또는 상단면에 투명한 재질로 완전 밀폐 또는 반밀폐가 가능하도록 개폐구(23)가 구비되며 내부에 접목묘 또는 삽목묘(m)가 배치되는 다수의 활착상자(20)와, 상기 활착상자(20) 내부의 광도 및 상대 습도를 제어하는 제어수단을 포함한다. 접목·삽목묘 생산방법은 활착기간 중 접목묘 또는 삽목묘(m)를 활착상자(20) 내에 배치하고, 상기 활착상자(20)를 설정온도로 세팅된 식물생산챔버(10) 내에 위치시킨 후 광원(37), 가습기(27)를 이용하여 상기 활착상자(20) 내의 광도 및 상대습도를 조절한다. 본 발명은 작물 특성에 따른 다양한 활착환경의 구현이 가능할 뿐 아니라 활착을 촉진시키고 효율적인 플러그 트레이의 생산이 가능하게 하므로 무농약 고품질의 묘을 생산할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
