Abstract:
PURPOSE: Agricultural products with a written message, and a formation method of the message on the products are provided to easily form three-dimensional message on the surface of the agricultural products by inducing a cork layer to the outside of the products. CONSTITUTION: A formation method of messages on agricultural products comprises the following steps: selecting an agricultural product(10) from cucurbitaceae vegetables and fruits; engraving the surface of the agricultural product to form the messages; and controlling the growth condition of the agricultural product to form a cork layer(30) on the engraved portion. The messages(M) are formed on the agricultural product in an embossed form by the cork layer.

PURPOSE: A culture medium stirrer is provided to enable a user to conveniently change a culture medium and to form ridges. CONSTITUTION: A culture medium stirrer comprises a body frame(110), a stirring unit(120), a power generating unit(130), a power transfer unit(140), and wheels. The stirring unit is installed in the lower part of the body frame to stir culture medium. The power generating unit is installed in the body frame to generate stirring power. The power transfer unit connects the power generating unit to the stirring unit. The wheels are installed in the body frame.

접목작업을 종래보다 용이하게 수행할 수 있고, 접목묘가 휘는 현상을 최소화할 수 있으며, 묘의 성장에 따라 접목장치가 접목묘로부터 이탈할 수 있도록 하는 접목장치 및 이를 이용한 접목방법을 개시한다. 이 접목장치는 대목과 접수의 연결부분 외면에 끼워지며 탄성 변형되는 원통형 지지튜브와, 지지튜브의 내경 가변을 위해 지지튜브에 마련된 적어도 하나의 절개부를 포함한다.

A grafting unit and a grafting method using the same are provided to prevent a grafted nursery plant from being bent by supporting a connection part between understock and scion in a grafting process. A grafting unit(30) comprise a cylindrical support tube(31) and one or more cut parts(32). The cylindrical support tube is fixed to a connection part between understock and scion(20) and elastically transformed. The cut part is formed in a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical supporting tube for variable inner diameter of the supporting tube. The cut part is spirally formed on the supporting tube. The supporting tube is made of polypropylene and 2-3mm in diameter and 12-16mm in length. A grafting method using the grafting unit comprises the following steps of: cutting seedlings inclinedly; preparing the understock; fixing the cylindrical supporting tube with cut parts to the understock; cutting the seedlings inclinedly; preparing scion; and fixing the scion whose cut surface meets the cut surface of the understock.

Provided is a single tube-multiplex PCR primer set for diagnosing Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) comprising a PCR primer set of sequence number 1 to 2 and a PCR primer set of sequence number 3 to 4 to enable accurate diagnosis of TYLCV using tomato juice without separating nucleic acid of tomato by developing one primer set specifically detecting TYLCV infecting tomatoes and one tomato β-tubulin gene primer set for determining whether or not PCR works normally.
