Abstract: The present invention provides a composition for detecting Pyricularia oryzae, which includes a primer set and a probe with excellent specificity and sensitivity and a quantitative detection method of Pyricularia oryzae using the same. A composition for detecting Pyricularia oryzae according to the present invention can establish a molecular biological monitoring system of Pyricularia oryzae and objectively quantify an infection of Pyricularia oryzae.
