본 발명은 벼 유래의 OsLRP ( Oryza sativa leucine rich repeat protein)유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환시켜 식물병 저항성을 증진시키는 방법, 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 식물병에 대한 저항성이 증진된 식물체 및 이의 종자, 벼 유래의 OsLRP 유전자를 포함하는 식물병 저항성 증진용 조성물 및 상기 재조합 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환시켜 식물체의 생산성을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a Rhizoctonia solani AROM (RsAROM) gene-specific primer and to a method for detecting sheath blight by using the same, which can be used as a molecular biological method for diagnosing sheath blight by using a primer that can specifically detect RsAROM gene existing in a sheath blight genome and a probe to objectively quantify the development of sheath blight.

PURPOSE: A method for enhancing soft rot resistance in a plant is provided to reduce agrochemical usage and to improve productivity of the plants. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing soft rot resistance in a plant comprises a step of increasing intracellular level of RTP1(resistance to pectobacterium 1) protein having amino acids of sequence number 2 by overexpressing a gene encoding RTP1 protein. The gene has a base of sequence number 1. The gene is overexpressed by transforming a plant cell with a recombinant expression vector. The expression vector contains the gene encoding RTP1 protein or RTP1 gene.

PURPOSE: A disease resistant derivative-inducible promoter isolated from Osyza sativa is provided to ensure resistance against pathogen and to develop transformant or plant cell line. CONSTITUTION: A disease resistant derivative-inducible promoter contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. The promoter is activated by pathogen, salicylic acid(SA) and jasmon acid(JA). A disease resistant derivative-inducible expression vector for plants contains the promoter.
