PURPOSE: A novel Pseudomonas stutzeri. NIST-1 strain with odor reduction effect is provided to relieve problem regarding odor in livestock industry and produce a bio fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a novel Pseudomonas stutzeri. NIST-1 strain with odor reduction comprises: a step of smearing feces of cattle on NB plate medium and culturing at 30°C for one to two days; a step of isolating strain and shaking at 30°C for 76 hours; and a step of screening best strain and isolating.

A novel Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain is provided to produce metabolites having strong spore inhibiting activity against Colletotrichum sp., a pathogenic bacteria causing anthracnose, thereby being used as an environment-friendly farming material for decreasing the anthracnose and increasing the marketability and productivity of hot pepper. A Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain having antifungal activity against Colletotrichum sp. is deposited as a deposition number of KACC91195P. A method for controlling anthracnose comprises a step of treating hot pepper fruits or hot pepper cultivation soils with the Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain or a metabolite thereof.

PURPOSE: Novel ampelomyces quisqualis 94013 capable of effectively controlling plant pathogenic bacteria without inflicting damage on environment and preventing problems caused by residual pesticide, method for controlling plant pathogenic bacteria using new fungus and large-scale culturing method is provided, which can produced in high yields within a short. CONSTITUTION: The ampelomyces quisqualis 94013 (KTCC 8940P) and pore of an ampelomyces quisqualis 94013 (KTCC 8940P) strain have excellent controlling action against plant pathogenic bacteria. A novel strain Azospirillum brasilense CW301 with nitrogen fixing ability as well as growth enhancing effect is provided to transfer the fixed nitrogen to plants and increase nitrogen absorption of the plants, so that the strain is used as a substitute for chemical fertilizer. A strain Azospirillum brasilense CW301(KACC 91224P) has nitrogen fixing ability as well as growth enhancing effect and is isolated from wheat. The biofertilizer contains Azospirillum brasilense CW301(KACC 91224P) and is prepared by culturing Azospirillum brasilense CW301(KACC 91224P).
