Abstract: PURPOSE: An animal carcass collecting apparatus is provided to collect animal carcass toward a receiving frame by using a fork and draw the animal carcass into the receiving frame at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An animal carcass collecting apparatus comprises a supporting frame(11), a receiving frame(12), a receiving frame rotating actuator(19), a fork(20), a fork supporting frame(27), and a fork rotating actuator. The supporting frame is fixed to the vehicle. The receiving frame is hinge-coupled in the supporting frame. The receiving frame rotating actuator is installed between the supporting frame and the receiving frame in order to rotate the receiving frame. The forks are coupled to the receiving frame and allowed to be retreated and rotated. The fork supporting frame is hinge-coupled to the receiving frame and supports the fork to be moveable. The fork moving actuator is installed between the fork and the fork supporting frame in order to move the fork. The fork rotating actuator is installed between the receiving frame and the fork supporting frame.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A freezing composition for immature follicular oocytes, and freezing and thawing method for immature follicular oocytes using the same are provided, which can freeze immature follicular oocytes effectively, and use the immature follicular oocytes effectively by thawing them if necessary. CONSTITUTION: The freezing method comprises the steps of: mixing tissue culture medium 199 with serum, adding ethylene glycol, ficoll, and trehalose, mixing, and preparing the freezing composition; putting immature follicular oocytes right after collecting that from ovary into the cryocomposition, equilibrating for 10min, putting the immature follicular oocytes into straw, and fixing; cooling down to -7deg.C, seeding, fixing, cooling down to -30deg.C, and soaking into liquid nitrogen for storage. The thawing method comprises the steps of: taking out the immature follicular oocytes from liquid nitrogen by straw, exposing to air, and shaking in 30deg.C water bath; cutting the straw, putting the immature follicular oocytes into a solution composed of tissue culture medium 199 and serum, and thawing by reabsorbing moisture for 10min.
