    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for measuring the optimal time of insemination in Hanwoo (Korean beef) and a method for measuring the optimal time of insemination using the same and, more specifically, to a composition for measuring the optimal time of insemination using proteins which are specifically expressed at the mating season of Hanwoo and a measuring method using the same.     Abstract: A dehorning hat is provided, which prevents that the dehorning ointment enters the eye and does not come off and the function of the ointment does not hindered. A dehorning hat comprises: a one-touch connecting rod(8) formed of a mouth circumference opening(5) and a neck circumference opening(7); a dehorning protective cap(2) which is developed in the center; a hole(11) securing the viewing direction around both eyes; and ear part holes(12) which maintain the state that the dehorning hat does not return and wears on the top of the head of a calf. The dehorning protective cap is attached with a fastener(15) to apply the dehorning ointment.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A transgenic mouse in which CYP4F16 gene is knocked-down and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to inquire a cause of occurrence of a sleeping disease among immune-related genes generated after infestation of trypanosome and to develop new medicine for curing the diseases. CONSTITUTION: A siRNA expression recombinant vector for mouse CYP4F16 knocked-down is identified by a promoter and SEQ ID No. 1 that is operably connected to the promoter. The promoter is a U6 promoter. The recombinant vector is introduced to a transgenic mouse. A manufacturing method of a transgenic mouse in which CYP4F16 gene expression is knocked-down comprises the following steps of: (a) manufacturing a siRNA expression cassette for expressing CYP4F16 that is represented by a promoter and SEQ ID No. 1 that is operably connected to the promoter; (b) introducing the recombinant fused gene to a fertilized egg of a mouse; and (c) producing breeders by implanting the fertilized egg into a surrogate mother.
