Abstract: 본 발명은 버섯에서 분리한 SSR 프라이머 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 서열번호 1 내지 서열번호 72로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 2개의 염기서열을 갖는 SSR 프라이머쌍 및 이를 이용하여 PCR을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 버섯의 DNA 다형성 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공되는 SSR 프라이머쌍은 버섯의 DNA 다형성을 효과적으로 검출할 수 있으며, 버섯의 DNA 프로파일을 작성하는데 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 또한, 이를 통해 버섯의 유전자원을 효율적으로 평가함으로써 신규 유전자원 도입시 기존 보유자원과의 중복성 분석 및 신규성 확립을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있다.

Abstract: An SSR(simple sequence repeat) primer from Panicum miliaceum L. is provided to be very usefully used for preparing a DNA profile of the Panicum miliaceum L. by effectively detecting the DNA polymorphism of the Panicum miliaceum L. and efficiently evaluate genetic resources of the Panicum miliaceum L., thereby effectively performing redundancy analysis with conventional resources and establishing novelty when a novel genetic resource is introduced and being able to determine the species of the Panicum miliaceum L.. An SSR primer pair derived from Panicum miliaceum L. has two sequences selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID : NOs. 1-62. A method for identifying species of Panicum miliaceum L. comprises the steps of: (a) extracting genome DNAs from Panicum miliaceum L. and a control Panicum miliaceum L. species; (b) performing PCR on each of the extracted genome DNAs using the SSR primer pair; (c) isolating each of the PCR products by size; and (d) comparing the isolation results of the Panicum miliaceum L. and the control Panicum miliaceum L. species. A kit for detecting DNA polymorphism or a kit for identifying species of Panicum miliaceum L. comprises the SSR primer pair.
