Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 strain is provided to reduce fertilizer cost and to ensure stability of agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 (deposit number: KACC 91519P) has an effect of promoting crop growth. A microorganism formulation for promoting crop growth contains Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 or culture liquid. A microorganism fertilizer for promoting crop growth contains the microorganism formulation. The Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 spawn powder is prepared by culturing the strain, adding 0.5% of soybean cake and 1.2% of anhydroglucose, drying at 40 degrees Celsius for 48 hours, and pulverizing.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A medium for culturing fungi with excellent fungi growth ability is provided to cheaply and easily distinguish eco-friendly organic agricultural materials. CONSTITUTION: A medium for culturing fungi contains 2.5% of anhydroglucose, 1.8 weight% of yeast extract, 0.02% of bay salt, agar, and remaining amount of water. The medium is used for testing activity of eco-friendly organic agricultural materials. The fungi are Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.
