Abstract:
Provided is an environment-friendly built larva raising apparatus suitable for raising larva at high efficiency and for reducing manpower(labor) required for raising larva and cost thereof. The larva raising apparatus is constituted by a container(110) having water(120) inside, and partitions(130). The container(110) has a designated space inside and is made out of transparent or opaque plastic or rubber. The top of the container(110) is open. The container(110) takes diverse shapes. The partition(130) creates an independent space for raising larva. The partition(130) is made out of a porous material so that the water(120) passes through. A preferred example of the partition(130) is a net having fine mesh. The partition(130) is arranged in the container(110) in an independent, separable manner.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A medium for culturing fungi with excellent fungi growth ability is provided to cheaply and easily distinguish eco-friendly organic agricultural materials. CONSTITUTION: A medium for culturing fungi contains 2.5% of anhydroglucose, 1.8 weight% of yeast extract, 0.02% of bay salt, agar, and remaining amount of water. The medium is used for testing activity of eco-friendly organic agricultural materials. The fungi are Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 strain is provided to reduce fertilizer cost and to ensure stability of agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 (deposit number: KACC 91519P) has an effect of promoting crop growth. A microorganism formulation for promoting crop growth contains Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 or culture liquid. A microorganism fertilizer for promoting crop growth contains the microorganism formulation. The Lactobacillus parakefiri NAAS-1 spawn powder is prepared by culturing the strain, adding 0.5% of soybean cake and 1.2% of anhydroglucose, drying at 40 degrees Celsius for 48 hours, and pulverizing.

PURPOSE: Artificial feed for protaetia species and a growing method of the protaetia species are provided to improve the egg-laying rate and the survival rate of imagoes of the protaetia species. CONSTITUTION: Artificial feed for protaetia species contains 0.5~2wt% of protein source, 1~3wt% of solidifying agent, 0.5~2wt% of composite inorganic salt, 5~10wt% of vitamins, 70~80wt% of sugar, and 10~20wt% of syrup. The artificial feed additionally contains more than one component selected from the group consisting of an antiseptic, a preservative, and an antibiotic. The protein source is selected from defatted soybean powder, pollen, gluten, or casein.

PURPOSE: A novel microorganism, Candida glabrata, with effect of reducing odor from livestock excrement is provided to enhance livestock weight. CONSTITUTION: A novel microorganism, Candida glabrata(KACC9311P), has effect of reducing odor from livestock excrement and enhancing livestock weight. A probiotic for livestock feed contains Candida glabrata. A method for producing the probiotic comprises: a step of culturing Candida glabrata in a medium to prepare novel microorganism culture liquid; a step of adding 10-20 wt% of anhydrous glucose to the culture liquid; a step of drying and puliverizing to prepare novel microorganism solid agent; a step of adding the solid agent to a medium and drying at 35-40 °C for 40-48 hours. The medium contains anhydrous glucose, yeast, and sodium chloride.

PURPOSE: A method for hatching cricket eggs is provided to stably breed the cricket eggs by controlling a low temperature cure time, a storage temperature, and a storage period after the cricket eggs are spawned. CONSTITUTION: A method for hatching cricket eggs comprise steps(S110,S120,S130) of storing a plurality of cricket eggs in an artificial hibernation condition and a step(S140) of hatching the cricket eggs in the artificial hibernation condition. In the step of storing the cricket eggs, the eggs are kept at 7.5°C-10°C for a standard period from a base date after the cricket eggs are spawned. Oriental garden cricket eggs are kept at 7.5°C-10°C for 40-180 days from 8 days after the eggs are spawned.
