본 발명은 동애등에 장 내 미생물 유래의 신규 베타-글루코시다제, 상기 베타-글루코시다제를 코딩하는 유전자, 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 재조합벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 재조합 베타-글루코시다제를 대량 생산하여 농업, 식품, 바이오연료 산업에 실질적으로 이용함으로써 경제성을 제고시킬 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel beta-glucosidase derived from microorganisms in intestines of Ptecticus tenebrifer, a gene which codes the beta-glucosidase, a recombinant-vector including the genes, and a transformant transformed by the recombinant-vector. Economic feasibility can be improved by mass producing recombined beta-glucosidase of the present invention and actually applying to agricultural, food, and bio-fuel industries.

The present invention relates to novel mannosidase derived from microorganisms in intestines of Ptecticus tenebrifer, a gene coding the mannosidase, a recombinant vector including the gene, and a transformant transformed by the recombinant vector. The recombinant mannosidase is mass-produced by the present invention for using in agricultural and food industries and increasing an economic effect of the mannosidase.

The present invention relates to a water soluble polysaccharide derived from Fomes fomentarius having an effect of activating a channel of complement protein in plasma of the human body. Complement-activating polysaccharide is provided by separating and refining polysaccharide, and an anti-cancer composition and functional food are provided by using the same. The water soluble polysaccharide contains 60-99.9% of xylose.
