Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a method for rapid mass production of seed of lily by using basal plate cultivation, thereby producing crops having basal plate such as lily in large quantity. CONSTITUTION: A method for rapid mass production of seed of lily is composed of the following steps of: (a) separating basal plate from a tissue such as a stem by using MS medium including BA of 0.5-2mg/L; (b) cutting the separated basal plate and proliferating this in MS medium including BA of 0.5-5.0mg/L and 1AA of 0.1-1.0 mg/L; and (c) producing a normal small bulb from the basal plate in MS medium including sucrose of 6-9%, activated carbon of 0.5-2.0g/L, so as to make it bigger.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for enlarging the size of lily bulblet with low cost is provided, which has no effect on the growth of the plant and causes no environmental PROBLEM. CONSTITUTION: The method for enlarging the size of lily bulblet is characterized by the following steps of: i) growing ramentum and stem in medium; ii) cutting basal plate and multiplying the basal plate through subculture; iii) moving segments of multiplied basal plate to a bioreactor; and iv) cultivating the segments in liquid medium of the bioreactor. Wherein the liquid medium is MS (Murashige Skoog) medium containing 1g/L of activated carbon to absorb secretions of the plant and sucrose and is replaced every eight weeks.
Abstract:
A specific promoter derived from Lilium hybrid cv. Acapulco, a recombinant vector and a transgenic plant is provided to improve quality of transformant by expressing many proteins of a target gene, to increase an efficiency, to obtain an exact expression and to be used for cross breeding after introducing a luxury gene. A plant specific promoter includes a nucleotide having a homoeology over 70 % with a base sequence of a sequence number 1 or a complement thereof. A base sequence of a sequence number 2 is included in the promoter. A vector includes the plant specific promoter. The plant is asexuality-propagated by a method of culturing plant tissue transformed to the vector, cuttage or meristele.
