Abstract: The method for preparation of artificial wood for growing fragrant mushroom comprises the steps of preparing artificial bark by adding adhesive, curing agent and others to saw dust, introducing saw dust containing various nutrients into the inside of the artificial bark, and then sealing the bark. The saw dust is sorted by using a screen to have certain particle size, and raw bark material is prepared by mixing 10 to 100 parts of the nutrients, 30.5 to 10 parts of curing agent, 0.01 to 20 parts of extender and 30 to 70 parts of water by weight ratio based on total weight of 100 part of sorted saw dust. The mixed raw bark material is placed to a molder and is molded into a certain shape at the molding temperature of 30 deg.C to 130 deg.C, under the molding pressure of 10 to 100 kg/cm3 for 30 seconds to 20 minutes. Then, the molded material is released from the molder and dried at the temperature of 30 deg.C to 130 deg.C for 2 to 48 hours. 10 to 40 parts of nutrient by weight ratio based on 100 parts of saw dust is introduced inside the artificial bark and both openings of the artificial bark is sealed with the saw dust molded material of a disc shape to produce artificial wood for growing fragrant mushroom.

Abstract: The method adds nutrients for mushroom growth to saw-dust to form into a shape of wood and coats the surface with various coating agents. The method comprises the steps of : (1) mixing in water 30- 70 parts one or more nutrients(0- 40 parts selected from a group of rice bran, bitel, potassium nitrate, ammonium chloride, tannin, and sulfite pulp waste liquid relative to saw dust 100 parts of 5- 50 mesh grains; (2) forming the mixture of the prior step into a shape ; (3) coating the surface of the product with a coating agent of one or more agents selected from an adhesive, a hardener and latex for the final product. The forming of the product into a shape is carried out at a temperature of 30- 130 degree C under 10- 100 kg/cm2 pressure for the time of 30 sec- 20 min.
