    Abstract: The expanded rice is prepared by; a) mixing the expanded rice with yeast and crude enzyme, b) adjusting the acidity 22~25 with citric acid and lactic acid, c) adding water upto 180~250%, d) fermenting in suspended state at 25~30deg. C for 120~144 hrs to make expanded rice alcohol, e) fermenting expanded rice alcohol to acetic acid by culturing in suspended or aeration state. Or a') mixing the expanded rice only or expanded brown rice and expande white rice with yeast and koji and water to 150~250%, b) adjusting the acidity 20~22, c) first fermenting at 24~28deg. C for 30~48 hr, d) making expanded rice alcohol by adding the expanded rice,koji,water and fermenting at 25~30deg. C,for 72~110 hr under the acidity 10~12, e) fermenting expanded rice alcohol to acetic acid by culturing in fixed or aeration state. The expanded rice has a good water permeability and enzyme reaction.

    병에 톱밥과 미강을 혼합하여 넣고 소나무막대를 꽂아넣어 살균한 후 복령균을 접종시켜 배양하여 종균을 제조한 다음 상기 종균병을 그대로 원목에 밀착시키면서 병구에서 작은 나무대를 2~3개 뽑아서 원목의 구멍에 연결시켜준 다음 매몰하여 복령을 제조한다. 이렇게 함으로서 종균병 안에 있는 균사가 작은 나무대를 통하여 침투 이행하게 되므로 흙속에 묻어도 잡균피해없이 안정적으로 균사생장증식이 용이하게 되어 복령을 다수확할 수 있게 된다.

    Abstract: The novel preservative of seasonal flowers is composed of 95-99.9wt.% sucrose, 0.1-1.0wt.% silver thiosulfate(STS), 0.01-2.0wt.% gibberellin, and 0.5-2.0wt.% MnCl2. Particularly MnCl2 plays an important role in preservation of seasonal flowers by increasing the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) which analyses superoxide being caused by low temperature in vivo. The preservative of seasonal flowers is useful for controlling shipping time of cut flowers.
