PURPOSE: Detector is provided which detects cow in sexual excitement and transmits outwardly through wireless environment so that it helps to find time and frequency in sexual excitement for breeding cow exactly. CONSTITUTION: In detecting sexual excitement of multiple livestock, the detector for breeding cow in sexual excitement is characterized by comprising the parts of: a switch(100) which is placed at one muscle of cow and run by being ridden by other cow; an encoder(110) which is run by turning on the switch and generates different code by cow; and a wireless transmitter(120) which transmits a signal generated from the encoder outwardly through wireless environment.

본 발명은 서열번호 2의 염기서열을 이용하는, 초급성 면역 반응 억제 확인용 항원성 폴리펩티드, 발현벡터, 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 초급성 면역반응을 유발하는 인자인 iGb3s를 제어(-/-)한 돼지의 특성 분석 및 iGb3s에 대한 정확한 분석이 가능할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a cryo-preserved xenograft skin and the cryo-preserved xenograft skin prepared thereby are provided to improve the survival rate of cells and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cryo-preserved xenograft skin comprises the following steps of: extracting a hetero-skin; sterilizing the extracted hetero-skin with an acetyl hydroperoxide solution and an ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid; preparing a basic solution by mixing dimethyl sulfoxide, animal cell culture medium, and fetal bovine serum; preparing a cryoprotective agent by dissolving a sucrose in the basic solution; permeating the cryoprotective agent into the hetero-skin; and freezing the hetero-skin. PURPOSE: An expression vector for human CD 73, a cell line and a transgenic-cloned animal including the same are provided to be able to produce mini pigs for organ transplantation with a high value added by developing a novel immune rejection response adjusting technology, and to be able to accelerate practical use of xenotransplantation by reproducing transgenic-cloned pigs for organ transplantation. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector includes polynucleotide coding the CD73 gene, a mini pig endothelial cell specific promoter. A manufacturing method of a transgenic pig comprises 1) a step of isolating a somatic cell from a pig; 2) a step of manufacturing an expression vector and introducing the expression vector to the somatic cell; 3) a step of selecting and cultivating the clone somatic cell with the expression vector introduced in step 2); 4) a step removing the nucleus of the ovum collected from sow, and fusing with the clone somatic cell of step 3); and 5) a step of transplanting the fused cloned egg to surrogate sow and reproducing weaners.
