본발명은후자리움속검출용프라이머및 이를이용하여후자리움속을검출하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른프라이머쌍을이용하면, 후자리움()속에속하는종(species) 중 B형트라이코쎄신생성능을갖는붉은곰팡이를형성하는후자리움속및 이의근연종만을특이적으로우수한효율로단시간내에검출할수 있다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing corn husk is provided to reduce damage to corns and to facilitate the removal of the corn husk. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing corn husk comprises: a frame consisting of an upper frame(11) and a lower frame(12) in which one side thereof is connected to one side of the upper frame and the other side thereof is connected to the other side of the upper frame; and a pair of rollers which are formed in the upper frame in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame and are arranged in parallel with each other.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically adjusting concentration of electrolyzed water is provided to automatically supply the electrolyzed water in proper concentration by measuring and comparing a measured concentration values and a set concentration value. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically adjusting concentration of electrolyzed water comprises the following: a circulating motor(32) producing electric potential difference by circulating the electrolyzed water in a sterilization tank; a concentration measuring sensor(31) supplying the electrolyzed water to a sterilization tank(30); an electrolyte aqueous solution supply part supplying an electrolyte solution to an electrolyzed water producing and supplying part; and a controller(40) determining a driving mode of the electrolyzed water producing and supplying part.

Coniothyrium minitans CM2(KACC 93053P) strain and a method of preventing phytopathogen using the same are provided to prevent problem due to seed residue by preventing bacteria nucleation fungus diseases of all kinds of plants generated when cultivating the plants as biological agricultural chemicals. Coniothyrium minitans CM2(KACC 93053P) strain prevents phytopathogen. A control agent for plant disease has the Coniothyrium minitans CM2(KACC 93053P) strain and culture fluid or fungi and a culture fluid as active ingredient. Phytopathogen is selected from Sclerotinia sclerotiorum Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, sclerotium force blood Borum, sclerotium and Sclerotinia minor. The phytopathogen is prevented by processing the Coniothyrium minitans CM2(KACC 93053P) strain and the culture fluid to plant infected by sclerotium, the Sclerotinia minor bacteria, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the sclerotium force blood Borum.
