Abstract: PURPOSE: A sintered product exterior densifying device is provided to improve a product quality by obtaining high precision and to reduce the total manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A sintered product exterior densifying device includes a center core (112), an upper punch (113), a lower punch (114), and a densified mold (116), and a densified rim (120). The center core maintains a cylindrical sinter-molded product of a regular circle shape or irregular circle shape on a device base. The upper punch presses the sinter-molded product, thereby making the upper punch move downwardly. The lower punch draws out the sinter-molded product and presses the sinter-molded product once more in the drawing-out process. The densified mold includes an operation hole of an identical shape on the exterior surface of the sinter-molded product. The densified rim densifies the surface of the sinter-molded product.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sinter forming method using a pre-sintered process is provided to improve quality by preventing damage to a processing tool and making an excellent processing surface and increasing processing time. CONSTITUTION: A sinter forming method using a pre-sintered process comprises a mixing process(110), a molding process(130), a first sintering process(140), a first process(150), a second sintering process(160), the fixed shape process(170), and a second process(180). In the mixing process, solid lubricant is added to and is mixed with powder. In the molding process, a molded member is formed in a desired shape by the powder finished after mixing. In the first sintering process, the sintered powder is pre- sintered before completely applying property on the sintered powder. In the first process, a processing is carried out to form the molded member to be near to an end-product. In the second sintering process, the property is applied on the molded member firstly processed. In the fixed shape process, the deformation generated in the second sintered process is fixed. In the second process, the molded member is final-processed to have exact dimension.
