Abstract: PURPOSE: A resist solution supply apparatus is provided to reduce the defect of a substrate after spreading the resist solution. CONSTITUTION: The resist solution supply apparatus(200) supplies the resist liquid to the spreading nozzle which discharges the resist liquid into a substrate. The resist solution supply apparatus includes the resist liquid supply source(201), the supply tube(202), the heating means(210), and the cooling means(214). The resist liquid supply source stores the resist liquid. The supply tube supplies the resist solution by the spreading nozzle from the resist liquid supply source. The heating means is installed in the resist liquid supply source side of the supply tube. The heating means heats the resist liquid among the supply tube in the temperature of the predetermined higher than room temperature. The cooling means is installed on the spreading nozzle of the supply tube. The cooling means cools the resist liquid among the supply tube to room temperature.
