Abstract: 본 발명은 세정장치에 관한 것으로서 반도체기판등의 피처리체를 처리액을 이용하여 처리하는 장치로서, 상기 장치의 포위체 및 배액계로 이루는 개량을 실행하는 세제처리장치에 적용하는 기술을 목적으로 이동이 가능한 외통(26) 및 내통(27)을 갖고 내통(27)의 저부에는 경사로 설치되어 있으며 내통(27)에는 제 1 드레인관(47)이 접속되어 있다. 제 1 드레인관(47)의 선단부은 제 2 드레인관(76)내에 슬라이드가 가능한 구성의 세정 및 건조를 실행하는 처리장치이며 처리대상은 반도체웨이퍼에 한하지 않고 액정표시장치(LCD)용 기판등 타기판의 처리에도 적용이 가능한 기술이 제시된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A process apparatus is provided to process an object like a semiconductor substrate, by including a holding unit, a surrounding unit and a nozzle such that the surrounding unit is installed between the first and second positions. CONSTITUTION: The holding unit holds the object. The first position forms a closed process space where the object is processed, surrounding the periphery of the holding unit. The surrounding unit is capable of transferring between the first position and the second position separated from the periphery of the holding unit, having the first end part in the first position and the second end part in the second position. A drain port for draining process liquid is installed in the lower portion of the second end part. The nozzle supplies the process liquid to the inside of the process space. A drain pipe is connected to the drain port.
