Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing an electrode, and a computer memory medium are provided to form an active material layer with a uniform thickness on both surfaces of a metal foil. CONSTITUTION: An unwinding roll(10) unwinds a metal foil. A coating unit(11) coats both sides of the metal foil with active materials and includes a coating head(20). A drying unit(12) forms the active material layer by drying the active materials and includes a plurality of rod heaters(30a,30b,30c) which radiates infrared rays. A winding roll(13) winds the metal foil from the unwinding roll.
