    Abstract: PURPOSE: A tray and an apparatus are provided to reduce costs by eliminating the necessity of arranging trays and electroluminescence assembling devices for each of sealing cap and rear glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: A tray(100) comprises a support unit(102) for supporting a metal cap for sealing a light emitting unit of an electroluminescence device and a rear glass substrate, wherein the support unit has a plurality of metal cap accommodating portions(101) for accommodating the metal cap in such a manner that the center of the metal cap is not movable in a horizontal direction; and a stopper(103) disposed at the peripheral end of the support unit, and which prevents the rear glass substrate from moving in a horizontal direction.

    Abstract: An organic electro luminescent display device is provided to improve reliability by preventing short and/or disconnection of wires for connecting the display panel and the driving circuits. A display panel includes a pixel unit(112) and a pad part(118). The pad part is electrically connected to the pixel unit. The connection wirings(116) are extended from the pixel unit to the pad unit. The connection wirings electrically connect the pixel unit and the pad unit. An insulating layer(130) is positioned on the part of connection wirings in the boundary area of the pad unit. The insulating layer is formed to the direction intersecting with the extension direction of the connection wirings. An ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film)(140) is overlapped with the part of the insulating layer in the boundary area of the pad unit. The ACF covers the front of the pad unit.
