PURPOSE: A touch screen display device and a manufacturing method thereof equipping an optical sensor including organic compound are provided to prevent the deterioration of an organic compound light receiving layer in TFT manufacture. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is a ledger substrate. A picture element unit(P) is equipped on the substrate and includes a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. A sensor unit(S) equips the organic receiving layer which is formed in the same organic emitting layer of a pixel unit.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily discharge an out-gas generated in an organic pixel defined film, thereby preventing damage in an inorganic pixel definition film. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(231) is arranged in each pixel(230) on a substrate. A pixel defined film comprises a first pixel defined film and second pixel defined film placed between the first electrodes. The second pixel defined film covers the first pixel defined film and edge part of the first electrode. An intermediate layer(233) arranged on the upper part of the first electrode comprises a light emitting layer. A second electrode(235) is arranged by facing the first electrode.

An electron injection layer including the super acid salt, a photoelectric conversion element and an organic light-emitting device including the electron injection layer are provided to effectively fill up the surface well due to the roughness by melting the super acid salt in the solvent and spin-coating. A photoelectric conversion element is made by forming the first electrode(12), a photoactive layer(14), an electron injection layer(16) and the second electrode(18) on a transparent substrate(10). The photoactive layer is made by performing the heterojunction of electron donor material and electron receptor material. The electron injection layer is formed between the photoactive layer and the second electrode. The electron injection layer is formed by the method of the spin coating. The photoactive layer is formed by the method of the spin casting or the screen printing.

본 발명은 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 유기 화소정의막 상부에 얇은 무기 화소정의막을 형성함으로써 픽셀 발광부의 막 두께를 균일하게 형성할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 유기 화소정의막에서 발생한 아웃 개스를 용이하게 방출시킴으로써 무기 화소정의막의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.
