본 발명은, 투과하는 빛의 산란을 억제하여 투과 이미지의 왜곡 현상을 방지하고, 소비 전력을 낮추기 위한 것으로, 투과 영역과 상기 투과 영역을 사이에 두고 서로 이격된 복수의 화소 영역들이 구획된 기판과, 상기 기판의 제1면 상에 형성되고 상기 화소 영역 내에 위치하는 박막 트랜지스터와, 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 덮는 패시베이션막과, 상기 패시베이션막 상에 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되도록 형성되고, 상기 화소 영역 내에 위치하며, 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 가릴 수 있도록 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 중첩되도록 배치된 화소 전극과, 상기 화소 전극과 대향되고 광투과가 가능하도록 형성된 대향 전극과, 상기 화소 전극과 대향 전극의 사이에 개재되어 발광하는 유기 발광층과, 상기 기판의 제2면 상에 형성된 제1전극과, 상기 제 1전극과 대향된 제2전극과, 상기 제1전극과 제2전극의 사이에 개재된 태양전지 활성층을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시장치에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent transmitted images from being distorted by checking scattering of transmitted light. CONSTITUTION: A substrate divides plural pixel regions between transmission regions. A thin film transistor(TR1) is formed at the pixel region on the firsts side of the substrate. A passivation film(218) covers the thin film transistor. The pixel electrode(221) is formed on the passivation film in order to be electrically connected to the thin film transistor, is located in the pixel region and is overlapped with the thin film transistor for covering the thin film transistor. An opposite electrode(222) faces the pixel electrode and makes light transmission possible. An organic light emitting layer(223), located between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode, emits light. The first electrode is formed on the second side of the substrate. The second electrode faces the first electrode. A solar cell active layer is located between the first electrode and the second electrode.

PURPOSE: A touch screen display device and a manufacturing method thereof equipping an optical sensor including organic compound are provided to prevent the deterioration of an organic compound light receiving layer in TFT manufacture. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is a ledger substrate. A picture element unit(P) is equipped on the substrate and includes a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. A sensor unit(S) equips the organic receiving layer which is formed in the same organic emitting layer of a pixel unit.

The various bands of wavelengths are detected. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode(11) formed on the substrate(1) into the conductive material is formed. The primary light-receiving layer(13) including oxide is formed on the first electrode. The second light-receiving layer(15) including the organic compound is formed on the primary light-receiving layer. The second electrode(17) formed on the second light-receiving layer into the conductive material is formed.

An electron injection layer including the super acid salt, a photoelectric conversion element and an organic light-emitting device including the electron injection layer are provided to effectively fill up the surface well due to the roughness by melting the super acid salt in the solvent and spin-coating. A photoelectric conversion element is made by forming the first electrode(12), a photoactive layer(14), an electron injection layer(16) and the second electrode(18) on a transparent substrate(10). The photoactive layer is made by performing the heterojunction of electron donor material and electron receptor material. The electron injection layer is formed between the photoactive layer and the second electrode. The electron injection layer is formed by the method of the spin coating. The photoactive layer is formed by the method of the spin casting or the screen printing.
