Abstract: PURPOSE: A touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form the first and second detection patterns on different substrates and include an insulating layer between the first and second detection patterns, thereby reducing the number of masks, simplifying a process and sufficiently securing insulation property between the first and second detection patterns. CONSTITUTION: The first and second substrates(1,2) are each other faced and are attached with a sealing agent(17). The first detection patterns(12) are connected to one side of the first substrate facing the second substrate along the first direction. The second detection patterns(14) are connected to one side of the second substrate facing the first substrate along the second direction and are reciprocally arranged to the first detection patterns. An insulating layer lies between the first substrate and second substrate, and includes a filler matter(16).
