본 발명의 유기발광소자용 흡습충전재는 복수의 섬유들의 집합체로 이루어진 섬유상 웹(fibrous web) 형태를 가지며, 상기 섬유는 바인더 수지 및 흡습입자를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 흡습입자는 섬유 내부(intro)에 고정된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 유기발광소자용 흡습충전재는 섬유 내부에 흡습입자를 고정시켜 흡습 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명의 유기 EL 게터용 흡습충전재는 공극을 가진 시트; 및 상기 시트에 고정된 유기 바인더와 흡습제의 혼합물을 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명은 우수한 흡습 및 충전재 기능을 가질 뿐만 아니라, 흡습제의 loading 양을 늘릴 수 있고, 유기 EL의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 유기 EL 게터용 흡습충전재를 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명의 흡습입자는 흡습제; 및 상기 흡습제 표면에 연속 또는 불연속으로 형성된 고분자 수지를 포함하여 이루어진다. 상기 흡습입자는 흡습제가 소자에 직접 닿지 않으면서 수분으로부터 소자를 보호할 수 있다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 흡습입자를 포함하는 유기 EL 게터용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 유기 EL 소자를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A moisture-absorption filler for an organic EL getter and a manufacturing method thereof and an organic EL device including the same are provided to has excellent moisture-absorption and filler functions by sixing a binder which including a moisture-absorbent on a sheet having an air gap. CONSTITUTION: A sheet(10) has an air gap(10b). The size of the air gap is 0.1-200μm. The mixture of an organic binder and a moisture-absorbent is physically and chemically fixed to the sheet. The mixture is fixed by forming a separate spreading layer or a coating layer on one side of the sheet. The porous ratio of the sheet is 5-95%. The sheet is non-woven fabric, woven fabric or a latex sheet.

PURPOSE: A moisture-absorption filler for an organic EL getter and a manufacturing method thereof and an organic EL device including are provided to have excellent moisture-absorption efficiency and excellent moisture-absorption speed by applying a moisture-absorption particle. CONSTITUTION: A sheet comprises an air gap(20b). A moisture-absorption particle(10) is fixed to the sheet and forms a protrusion. The average particle diameter of a moisture absorbent(1) is 0,1 to 200μm. A protrusion formation minute particle(2) is discontinuously fixed to the surface of the moisture absorbent. The diameter of the protrusion formation minute particle is 0.5 to 50% of the diameter of the moisture absorbent.

PURPOSE: A moisture absorbent filling material for an organic light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof, and the organic light emitting device including the same are provided to effectively prevent degradation of composition thin films of the device, thereby improving lifetime and light emitting properties of the organic light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A moisture absorbent filling material has a fibrous web shape which is comprised of the aggregation of a plurality of fibers(10). The fiber is comprised by including polymer resin and moisture absorbent particles. The polymer resin is continuously formed on the surface of a moisture absorbent material. The average diameter of the fiber is 0.1 to 200 μm. The moisture absorbent particles are fixed inside of the fiber.

PURPOSE: Moisture absorbent particles, a composition for organic electroluminescence(EL) getter containing the same, and an organic EL device using the same are provided to prevent the generation of dark spots and the damage of the device. CONSTITUTION: Moisture absorbent particles(10) include an absorbing agent(1) and polymer resin(2). The polymer resin is continuously or non-continuously formed on the surface of the absorbing agent. The glass transition temperature of the polymer resin is between -60 and 170 degrees Celsius. The polymer resin is the polymer of one or more cross-linking monomers, the polymer of one or more vinyl monomers, and the copolymer of one or more cross-linking monomers and one or more vinyl monomers. The cross-linkage of the polymer resin is between 0.5 and 50%.

PURPOSE: A flat panel display apparatus and an organic light emitting display apparatus are provided to embody a membrane type display which is thinner than using a glass material substrate as an encapsulating material since a metal sheet is able to be manufactured as a membrane with the thickness of some micrometers using the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel display apparatus(100) is comprised of a substrate(110), a display part(120), a metal sheet(130), a sealing material(150), and a polymer layer(140). The display part is included on the substrate in order to embody images. The metal sheet is arranged facing to the substrate. The sealing material is filled in a space between the substrate and metal sheet and seals the substrate and metal sheet. The polymer layer is arranged in one side of the metal sheet and has smaller thermal expansion coefficient than the metal sheet.
