    Abstract: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure stable picture quality characteristics by reducing rapid reduction of brightness at high temperature. An organic light emitting element is formed on an upper surface of a substrate. The organic light emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an intermediate layer. The intermediate layer is inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode. A sealing process is performed to seal the organic light emitting element. An aging process is performed to age the organic light emitting element. The intermediate layer includes an electron transport layer. The electron transport layer includes an organic light emitting layer and an alkali metal compound formed on the organic light emitting layer. The aging process is performed at the temperature of 80-150 degrees centigrade.
