Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence display and a method for fabricating the same are provided to easily separate an organic common function layer excepting a light emitting layer by manufacturing a pixel definition layer and a reverse trapezoid shape. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, and a source/drain electrode(160a,160b) are formed on a substrate. A first electrode(180) is electrically connected between a source electrode and a drain electrode. A pixel definition layer(190) expose a first electrode and has a reverse trapezoid shape. A light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(210) is formed on the light emitting layer.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a diode from emitting light in implementing black by preventing electron injection and transportation under low voltage to maintain low current density. A first electrode(110) is an anode electrode and is a transparent electrode or a reflective electrode. In case the first electrode is the transparent electrode, the first electrode is made of an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) film, an IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide) film, a TO(Tin Oxide) film or a ZnO(Zinc Oxide) film. In case the first electrode is the reflective electrode, the reflective film is made of silver(Ag), aluminium(Al), chrome(Cr), molybdenum(Mo), tungsten(W), titanium(Ti), gold(Au), palladium(Pd) or an alloy film of the same. A light-emitting layer(120) is formed on the first electrode. A primary electron transportation layer(131) is located on the light-emitting layer. A second electron-transport layer(132) is located on the primary electron transportation layer and has the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO) energy level which is lower than the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level of the primary electron transportation layer. The second electrode(140) is located on the second electron-transport layer.
