The planarized film is exposed and developed. the first via-hole(190a) is formed to expose the protective film formed among the source/drain electrode of the thin film transistor. The thermal process is performed on the planarized film. The planarized film is hardened. The ashing process(500) is performed on the planarized film. The organic film including organic light-emitting layer is formed on the pixel electrode. The opposing electrode is formed in the front of substrate.
