    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to secure a layout space by connecting the initial transistor with a adjacent pixel transistor and implementing a dual gate transistor. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting display device, an organic electroluminescent display device includes a plurality of pixels. One pixel(100) includes a switching transistor, a driving transistor, a capacitor, an initial transistor, and an electro luminescence cell. A switching transistor(T11) delivers a data signal of a certain voltage level in response to a scanning signal, and a driving transistor(T12) generates a driving current according to the data signal of the certain voltage level through the switching transistor. A capacitor(C11) stores a data signal of a fixed voltage level delivered to a driving transistor, and the initial transistor(T14) discharge the data signal of voltage level stored in a capacitor in response to a previous scanning signal. An electro luminescence cell(EL11) radiates a light in response to a driving current through the driving transistor. The initial transistor of the pixel is connected with an initial transistor(T24) included in a adjacent pixel and the dual gate transistor is formed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a mother board are provided to efficiently perform an inspection by supplying an inspection signal and an inspection control signal with a DC type. CONSTITUTION: First sub pixels, second sub pixels, and third sub pixels are repeatedly arranged on a pixel unit(150) with a constant pattern. A switching unit transmits a data signal supplied from the output lines of a data driver to the data lines. An inspection circuit unit(170) includes a plurality of transistors connected to other side of the data lines. The first sub pixels and the second sub pixels are alternatively arranged in the same row line. The third sub pixels are arranged in an adjacent column line where the first sub pixels and the second sub pixels are arranged.
