본 발명의 유기전계발광 표시장치는, 주사선들 및 데이터선들의 교차부에 위치되어 서로 다른 색의 빛을 방출하는 제1 부화소들, 제2 부화소들 및 제3 부화소들이 일정한 패턴으로 반복적으로 배열되는 화소부와, 상기 주사선들로 주사신호를 공급하기 위한 주사 구동부와, 상기 데이터선들로 데이터 신호를 공급하기 위한 데이터 구동부와, 상기 데이터 구동부와 상기 데이터선들 사이에 접속되어 상기 데이터 구동부의 출력선들로부터 공급되는 각각의 데이터 신호를 복수의 데이터선들로 분배하여 출력하기 위한 데이터 분배부를 포함하며, 상기 제1 부화소들 및 상기 제2 부화소들은 동일한 열 라인에 교번적으로 배열되고, 상기 제3 부화소들은 상기 제1 부화소들 및 상기 제2 부화소들이 배열된 열 라인의 인접 열 라인에 일렬로 배치되며, 상기 제1 부화소들 및 상기 제2 부화소들이 배열된 열 라인에는, 상기 제1 부화소들과 상기 데이터 분배부를 연결하는 제1 데이터선과, 상기 제2 부화소들과 상기 데이터 분배부를 연결하는 제2 데이터선이 분리되어 설계된다.

PURPOSE: An organic elestroluminescent display device is provided to prevent the malfunction of a scanning driving unit by stably supplying gate high-level voltage and gate low-level voltage to the scanning driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A pixel unit(40) comprises a plurality of pixels, which are located on the intersection of scanning lines and data lines. The pixel unit is located on the central part of a panel. The scanning driving unit(10) supplies scanning signals to the scanning lines. The scanning driving unit is located on one side of the panel. A pad unit(60) supplies driving power and a control signal to the pixel unit and the scanning driving unit.

An organic light emitting display device comprising: a data driver supplying data signals to data output lines; a scan driver supplying scan signals sequentially to scan output lines; a light emitting control line driver supplying light emitting control signals to light emitting control output lines; and a pixel unit including a plurality of pixels connected to the output lines of each driver, at least one driver having a buffer circuit disposed at each output line. Each buffer circuit comprises a transistor having a gate layer, source and drain layers and a metal layer for shielding Electro-Static Discharge (ESD), wherein the metal layer is formed over the gate layer when the gate layer is overlapped by one of the source or a drain electrodes, or the metal layer is formed to not overlap the gate layer when the gate layer is not overlapped by the source or a drain electrodes.

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to secure a stable output of a driving part by minimizing a parasitic capacitance which is generated in a buffer circuit of the driving part. CONSTITUTION: A data driving part(20) supplies a data signal to a data line. A scan driving part(10) supplies a scanning signal to a scan line. A light emitting control line driving part(30) supplies a lighting control signal to a light emitting control line. A ESD(Electrostatic Discharge) shielding metal layer is formed in the upper side of each driving part. A pixel part(40) comprises a plurality of pixels. A plurality of pixels(50) are connected to a data line, a scan line, and a light emitting control line. Each pixel has an organic light-emitting device. The organic light-emitting device includes an anode electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, and a cathode electrode.

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a mother board are provided to efficiently perform an inspection by supplying an inspection signal and an inspection control signal with a DC type. CONSTITUTION: First sub pixels, second sub pixels, and third sub pixels are repeatedly arranged on a pixel unit(150) with a constant pattern. A switching unit transmits a data signal supplied from the output lines of a data driver to the data lines. An inspection circuit unit(170) includes a plurality of transistors connected to other side of the data lines. The first sub pixels and the second sub pixels are alternatively arranged in the same row line. The third sub pixels are arranged in an adjacent column line where the first sub pixels and the second sub pixels are arranged.

PURPOSE: A pixel circuit for a flat panel display device and a driving method thereof are provided to easily control a threshold voltage by forming a pixel circuit with the oxide thin film transistor of a dual gate structure. CONSTITUTION: A first gate(G1) is connected to a scan line in a first transistor(T1). A drain(D) is connected to a data line in the first transistor. The second transistor(T2) forms a first gate to be connected to the source(S) of the first transistor. The second transistor forms the drain to be connected to a first supply voltage. A capacitor(C1) is formed to be connected between the first gate and the source of the second transistor.
