Abstract: PURPOSE: An integrated passive device assembly is provided to have a recess part with a fixed depth between a connecting unit and a mounting unit, thereby preventing an adhesive used in the mounting unit from being inserted into the connecting unit. CONSTITUTION: A wire pattern(12) is formed in a substrate(10). A mounting unit(20) is made of an insulating material on the substrate. A conductive pattern(22) is formed in the mounting unit. A connecting unit(30) is formed on the substrate and electrically connected to an integrated passive device. The connecting unit and the conductive pattern are electrically connected to the wire pattern.
