Abstract: PURPOSE: A plating pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove a patterning process that makes a pattern by etching a plating layer because the plating layer is formed only on the part of conductive polymers except for inactivated part using the conductive polymers as a seed layer. CONSTITUTION: A plating patter(100) comprises a base substrate(110), conductive polymers(120), and a plating layer(140). The conductive polymers are formed on the base substrate and are selectively inactivated by adding an inactivating agent. The plating layer is formed on the part of the conductive polymers except for the inactivated part. The inactivating agent is an oxidant made of at least one of O3, NaOCl, KMnO4, K2Cr2O7, and amine-oxide. The conductive polymers are PEDOT/PSS(poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene/polystyrene sulfonate), polyaniline, polyacetylene, or polyphenylene vinylene.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to prevent the conductance of a transparent electrode from declining at high temperature by blocking the oligomer leaking from a base component. CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant reinforcement layer(20) is formed at a base component(10). A transparent electrode(30) is formed with a conductive polymer at the heat-resistant reinforcement layer. The heat-resistant reinforcement layer has higher glass transition temperature than the base component. The heat-resistant reinforcement layer is glass, alumina, PEN(Polyethylene Naphthalate), PC(Polycarbonate), or a hard coating layer. The thickness of the heat-resistant reinforcement layer is 0.1-50 micrometer. The conductive polymer is a polythiophene, polypyrrole, polyphenylene, polyaniline or polyacetylene-based conductive polymer.
