    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a leak from a filter in a clean room. The apparatus for measuring a leak from a filter in a clean room according to the present invention comprises: a probe which samples and provides particles leaking from an HEPA or ULPA filter which is installed on a ceiling in a clean room and includes a scan unit whose width is variable; a particle counter which is mechanically connected to the probe, meters and displays the number of particles which are sampled and provided by the probe, and outputs information related to the filter leak; a wind velocity sensor which is installed at a given part of the prove and detects changes in the velocity of the air flowing out of the filter; and a velocity display unit which displays the velocity detected by the wind velocity sensor. The apparatus for measuring a leak from a filter according to the present invention: includes a probe which has a scan part whose width is variable, wherein the probe detects a leak of an HEPA or ULPA filter installed on a ceiling in a clean room; can reduce a scan time for an entire area of the filter by installing a wind velocity sensor at one side of the probe; and can measure a leak of the filter by detecting a change in wind velocity although the inflow of particles does not exist.

    Abstract: A front-end module is provided to control frequency characteristic of the signal which passes through a impedance matching circuit unit by changing impedance value of the impedance matching circuit unit with a tuning unit.
