Abstract: A portable electronic device module is provided to enable a user to easily take the custody of a wireless headset by coupling the wireless headset with an electronic device receiving unit. Abstract: A semiconductor package capable of improving reliability and minimizing error and a method for manufacturing same are disclosed. A semiconductor package according to the present invention includes a first stack structure which includes a first semiconductor chip having a first through electrode and at least one second semiconductor chip which is stacked between first under fill layers on the first semiconductor chip and has a second through electrode, and a second stack structure which includes a third semiconductor chip having a third through electrode, at least one forth semiconductor chip which is stacked between second under fill layers on the third semiconductor chip and is stacked between third under fill layers on the first stack structure. Abstract: A headset and an operation method thereof are provided to enable many people to share common information by receiving and activating information received from a portable terminal. A headset includes a sound source reproducing module(110), a memory(140), a key input unit(120), an audio processing unit(130), a voice recognition module and a headset control unit(150). The sound source reproducing module reproduces a sound source. The memory stores at least one sound source reproduced by the sound source reproducing module and a voice recognition data base. The key input unit generates a key input signal for the sound source selection and the activation of the sound source reproducing module. The audio processing unit receives the selection information for the sound source selection as a voice signal. The voice recognition module recognizes the received voice signal with a voice based on the voice recognition database. The headset control unit detects a sound source matched with a sound source recognition result from the memory, and reproduces the detected sound source.

Abstract: A wireless remote controller for a mobile terminal is provided to allow a user to perform call communication by using an internal speaker unit at usual times, and automatically switch it to allow the user to listen to through an earphone when an earphone jack is mounted. Speaker units(12,13) are installed within a remote controller(10) and output a voice or a sound. A microphone unit(27) is installed within the remote controller(10) and transmits a user voice.
