    Abstract: PURPOSE: The electro-magnetic wave interpretation apparatus and its method thereof is provided to remarkably improve the speed of the electromagnetic wave as well as correctly interpreting it. CONSTITUTION: The electro-magnetic wave interpretation apparatus comprises of a texture simulation apparatus(100), a hybrid optical simulation device(200) and a storage unit(300). The texturing simulation apparatus forms a constructive analysis of the subject being analyzed. The constructive analysis is inputted from the texturing simulation apparatus and the hybrid optical simulation device divides the constructive analysis. In each part where the hybrid optical simulation apparatus is divided, magnetic metals and metals that are included or not also gets determined. BPM or the FDTD method is selectively applied and the time independent data and time dependent data about the electric field are calculated. The storage unit stores the time independent data and the time dependent data that is outputted from the hybrid optical simulation apparatus as complex electric field data.
