Abstract:
A USB display driver using a USB interface specification, a small sized mobile monitor and a USB display system equipping the same for securing generality are provided to reduce the development period and development cost of product. A host uses USB transmitting unit. Image data signal including display data and control data is serially outputted image data signal. A USB receiving unit extracts the display data and the control data from the image data signal serially received through USB interface. A display driver generates display data voltage corresponding to the display data based on the control data. A small-sized panel applies display data voltage and displays the image corresponding to the image data signal.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A clock generator and a display driver circuit using the same are provided to process the held data by generating a clock edge as an output clock after a preset time. CONSTITUTION: A clock detection unit(301) is inputted with the reference clock. The clock detection unit reverses the output signal for a preset time in a state an edge of the reference clock is not generated. An inverter(303) is inputted with the reference clock. The inverter reverses the reference clock. A multiplexer(305) is inputted with the reference clock and the output signal of the inverter. The multiplexer selectively outputs the reference clock or the output signal of the inverter according to the output signal of the clock detection unit.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A data write control method of a graphic memory and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce additional costs by using the graphic memory used for a conventional display driver IC design. CONSTITUTION: A graphic memory(30) includes four memory areas(31~34). Data written in each memory area is delivered to a source driver(60). The data is read by each data read clock. A remapped address signal is applied to a graphic memory controller(10) in a feedback mode. According to display data and clock signals received from an external host, the graphic memory controller maps the address signal of the continuous data. The continuous data is written in different memory areas. A write clock, a chip select signal, display data, a page address signal, a column address signal and a latch clock are delivered to a memory mapper(20).
