Abstract: PURPOSE: A gas tube of a semiconductor fabrication apparatus is provided to prevent a residual product from being attached at an inner wall of the gas tube. CONSTITUTION: A gas tube of a semiconductor fabrication apparatus comprises a gas tube body(11), a first insulation layer(12), a heater layer(13), and a second insulation layer(14). Abstract: PURPOSE: An RF match box is provided to prevent the occurrence of error by minimizing RF power delivered to the gear of a rotation axis or to a motor without a grease as a lubricant between the rotation axis and a ground spring. CONSTITUTION: A ground unit(B) in an RF match box is consisted of a ground plate(18) and a ground spring(42). A rotation axis(40) is covered with the ground spring in the planar shape of the ground unit, and a recessed part in the center of the bow shaped ground plate is contacted to a rotator. The ground spring is not contacted to the rotator like the ground plate, but one end of the ground spring is directly connected to the rotator for being rotated with the rotator. Therefore, an additional lubricant such as grease is not needed to smoothen the space between the rotator and one end of the ground spring.
