Abstract: A suction port body having a drooping preventing function of a front wheel carriage is provided to prevent damage to a front wheel carriage by precluding the front wheel carriage from being protruded from the bottom of a suction port body to the direction of gravity. A suction port body having a drooping preventing function of a front wheel carriage comprises a height adjustable device, and a front wheel carriage(25). The front wheel carriage changes the height of a suction port body(20) to be engaged with the height adjustable device. A drooping preventing projection(27) prevents one side of the front wheel carriage hanged to the suction port body from revolving to the direction of gravity, and supports the rear of the front wheel carriage to be protruded toward the lower part of the suction port body. The drooping preventing projection includes an engaging part in which a hinge shaft of the front wheel carriage is engaged. The rear of the front wheel carriage is pressed by the drooping preventing projection when the suction port body is lifted from the bottom to allow the rear of the front wheel carriage to be more protruded than the hinge shaft.

Abstract: An upright and canister type vacuum cleaner is provided to allow a user to detach a suction nozzle unit from a body by installing a detachable extension tube in the body in longitudinal direction. An upright and canister type vacuum cleaner comprises a suction nozzle unit(100) including an inlet and a flow path for inhaling a dust on a surface supposed to be cleaned, a cleaner body(200) including a dust collection unit and a motor connected to the dust collection unit and a detachable extension tube(320) locating in the cleaner body according in longitudinal direction. The detachable extension tube serves as an air flow path to the cleaner body from the suction nozzle unit and supports the cleaner body in case of using the cleaner as upright type and separates the suction nozzle unit from the cleaner body in case of using the cleaner as canister type.

Abstract: A nozzle assembly with a sub brush unit is provided to increase life span of the sub brush unit by selectively maintaining the contact or non-contact status with a surface to be cleaned. A nozzle assembly with a sub brush unit comprises a nozzle main body(2), a drum brush unit(5), and sub brush unit(10). The drum brush unit installed at the nozzle main body has a drum brush(28) for sweeping impurities on a surface to be cleaned by rotating in the surface to be cleaned. The sub brush unit, which is placed at one of the nozzle main body and the drum brush unit, has sub brushes for preliminarily sweeping the impurities on the surface to be cleaned.
