Abstract:
반도체 집적 회로를 포함한 제품의 PI(Power Integrity)/EMIElectromagnetic Interference) 해석을 위한 전원 모델인 ICEM(Integrated Circuit Electromagnetic Model)을 효과적으로 적용하는 방법을 개시한다. 반도체 칩을 고려한 PI(Power Integrity)/EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) 시뮬레이션(Simulation)을 다양한 입력 데이터 패턴에 대해 빠르고 효과적으로 진행할 수 있다. 입력 데이터 패턴이 여러 개인 경우, 입력 데이터간에 스큐(Skew)가 있는 경우에도 효과적으로 본 발명의 안을 적용할 수 있다. 또한, 반도체 칩의 특성을 고려한 PI(Power Integrity)/EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) 시뮬레이션(Simulation)에 사용되어 칩, 패키지(Package), PCB의 특성을 서로 유기적으로 관련지어 검토하거나 설계에 고려하는데 사용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
An electronic appliances and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by injecting the resin material into a cavity through an injection hole of the case or the PCB(Printed Circuit Board) without an additional mold. An electronic appliance includes a case(10) and a PCB(40). The case forms an outer appearance of the electronic appliance. The electronic component(42) is mounted in the PCB. The resin material(50) is filled between the case and the PCB. The case includes a first case(20) and a second case(30). The first case covers the one side of the PCB. The second case covers the other side of the PCB. The resin material is filled in one of between the PCB and the first case or the case and the PCB. An inlet(43) is formed in at least one of the PCB and the case. The resin material is injected between the case and the PCB through the inlet. The resin material is the epoxy resin.

PURPOSE: A cylindrical electromagnetic bandgap and a coaxial cable comprising the same are provided to improve the property of decreasing an electromagnetic wave by blocking a noise current which is abandoned outside of the coaxial cable. CONSTITUTION: A conductor patch(21) maintains a space interval of the outer surface of a cylindrical cable. A via(22) connects the conductor patch with the surface of the cylindrical cable. An electromagnetic wave property is adjusted by at least one areal change of the conductor patch or via. At least one of a dielectric or a magnetic material is arranged between the conductor patch and the outer surface of the cylindrical cable. The part of the conductor patch overlaps in a cylindrical electromagnetic bandgap(20).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave coupling measure system and a noise interference analysis system using the same are provided to measure electromagnetic wave coupling for a plurality of locations within an object under measurement. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave coupling analyzer(100) comprises an electromagnetic wave radiating unit(110), a network analyzing unit(120), and a frequency analyzing unit(130). The electromagnetic wave radiating unit radiates an electromagnetic wave signal while circling an object under measurement. The network analyzing unit creates the electromagnetic wave signal through the electromagnetic wave radiating unit and receives a signal outputted in an antenna getting near to the object under measurement. The frequency analyzing unit analyzes the signal received in the network analyzing unit in a frequency domain and measures coupling characteristics according to the radiated electromagnetic wave signal.

하드 디스크 드라이브의 유연성 인쇄 회로의 임피던스 불연속 감소 구조 및 그 임피던스 불연속 감소 방법이 개시된다. 개시되는 하드 디스크 드라이브의 유연성 인쇄 회로의 임피던스 불연속 감소 구조는 액츄에이터 아암과, 그 일측이 상기 액츄에이터 아암에 설치되고 타측이 브래킷(bracket)에 설치되며, 소정의 회로를 포함하는 유연성 인쇄 회로를 구비하는 것으로서, 상기 유연성 인쇄 회로와 마주하여, 그 양단이 상기 액츄에이터 아암 및 상기 브래킷에 각각 설치되는 금속부재가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 하드 디스크 드라이브의 유연성 인쇄 회로의 임피던스 불연속 감소 구조 및 그 임피던스 불연속 감소 방법에 의하면, 상기 드라이브의 유연성 인쇄 회로의 임피던스 불연속을 감소할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

An electric apparatus is provided to transmit stably a signal of a high frequency band by preventing distortion of a signal waveform through an impedance control. An electric apparatus includes a case(10), a dielectric(30), and a ground part(40). A plurality of signal lines(20) are arranged in the case in order to transfer signals between electronic components. The dielectric is laminated on the case and the signals. The ground part is arranged at the dielectric. A plurality of holes(45) are formed in the ground part. The holes are formed in the direction that is not in parallel to an arranged direction of the signal lines. The electric apparatus controls impedance by adjusting a width of a longitudinal direction of the holes.

A printed circuit board is provided to perform an electrostatic discharge inspection by including a pad for a signal and the pad for a ground. A printed circuit board includes a pad(12) for a signal, the pad(13) for the ground, and a cable connecting unit(11). The pad for the signal is connected to a circuit pattern formed on the printed circuit board. The signal line of a cable is connected to the pad for the signal. The pad for the ground is connected to a ground line of the cable. A cable connection unit is extended to the ground side of the printed circuit board in the circuit pattern. The pad for the signal is installed inside the cable connection unit and the pad for the ground is installed outside the cable connection unit.

A wireless receiving device is provided to reduce impedance on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) by using a capacitor locally, thereby minimizing interference phenomenon when electromagnetic noise caused by electromagnetic waves generated from the PCB influences an antenna which receives an external signal. A PCB(39) is disposed inside a body(31). An antenna(37) is equipped on an outer side of the body, and receives an external signal. Noise reduction members(47) are disposed on the PCB, and reduce noise generated from the PCB to prevent reception sensitivity deterioration of the antenna. The noise reduction members are disposed as surrounding a part nearest to the antenna in order to prevent the generated noise from turning towards the antenna.
