    Abstract: A polarizing plate is provided to improve image quality by reducing image blurs due to the difference in contraction ratios of elements consisting of the polarizing plate. A polarizing plate includes a first protective film(610), a polarizing layer(620), and a WV(Wide View) film(630). The polarizing layer is formed on one side of the first protective film and has rounded corners. A convex embossing portion is formed on a surface which couples the rounded corners with each other. The WV film is formed at one side of the polarizing layer and compensates for a viewing angle. The first protective film and the WV film have the same shape as that of the polarizing layer. A second protective layer is arranged between the polarizing layer and the WV film.
