An apparatus for reducing contention in prioritized contention access of wireless local network and a method using the same are provided to distribute the contention of devices in a PCA(Prioritized Contention Access) section o reduce contention between devices. An apparatus for reducing contention in prioritized contention access of wireless local network comprises the followings: a PCA(Prioritized Contention Access) section detecting unit(120) for detecting a PCA section from beacons received in BP(Beacon Period); a PCA section division unit for dividing the detected PCA section; a device selecting unit(140) for selecting devices used in the PCA section; and a PCA allocating unit(150) for allocating the divided PCA section in the selected device.

A device for preventing apparatus address collision caused by beacon group merging in WiMedia MAC(Medium Access Control) and a method therefor are provided to previously recognize address collision between two apparatuses when two beacon groups are merged with each other, and to prevent the collision. An apparatus address collision decider(120) decides whether a self apparatus address collides with align apparatus addresses included in a received align beacon. If so, and if a self beacon group is not a reference beacon group, an apparatus address generator(140) generates the self apparatus address again. An apparatus address information generator(180) generates information on the re-generated self apparatus address. If a beacon which includes the information on the re-generated apparatus address is received from another apparatus included in the self beacon group, an apparatus information updater(150) updates apparatus information of the self beacon group.

A coding/decoding apparatus for orthogonal frequency division multiple access communication system and a design method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and drive power by composing parallel coders/decoders according to the number of sub-channels and a block size as a processing unit. A coding/decoding apparatus for orthogonal frequency division multiple access communication system uses a block coding method and a decoding method. The coding/decoding apparatus includes a mapper(20) and a coding/decoding unit. The mapper is used for determining paths to provide user information according to states of sub-channels assigned to users. The coding/decoding unit is composed of coders/decoders corresponding to sizes of blocks to be processed and the number of sub-channels. The coding/decoding unit processes the user information in parallel through the paths selected by the mapper.

PURPOSE: A method and a device for controlling a receiving power consumption in a wireless LAN based on CSMA/CA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance) are provided to turn off power of the rest components except a minimum number of components necessary for stabilizing, thereby reducing power consumed during a medium sensing operation. CONSTITUTION: An RPC(Receive Power Controller) receives a PLCP(Physical Layer Convergence Protocol) and an MAC frame(50), and extracts a transmission rate and frame transmission section information from the received information(51), then determines a power control section by interpreting the extracted information(52). The RPC compares a receiving address of the MAC frame with a self address(53). If the compared addresses are different, the RPC converts power of a baseband layer and an RF layer into a low-power state(54). When the power is off, the RPC counts the power control section(55), and converts the low-power state into a normal state(56). The RPC stabilizes an operation of the RF layer by applying the power(57).

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a high-speed frame in a wireless LAN is provided to relay a frame if a transmission rate gain can be obtained through a relay node, in case a transmission rate deteriorates, thereby effectively using wireless resources. CONSTITUTION: A system requests a path search process(400), and generates a reliable node request data frame to transmit the frame to the second wireless terminal(402). A wireless AP(Access Point) checks an optimum path(410). A data relay process is carried out(420). If data is transmitted through the first wireless terminal, the wireless AP configures a data frame to be transmitted to the second wireless terminal, and sends the configured data frame to the first wireless terminal(422). A response signal is generated, so that the data is transmitted to the wireless AP(426).

CONSTITUTION: A device and method for laminating of metalize film comprises a film supply part(10), an ion plasma processing part(30), a steel feed port(20), an adhesive coating part(40) and a roller U.S. nay ting part(50). The film supply part provides films(11). The film is one of a PET film or a film in which a printing layer is formed. The ion plasma processing part processes ion plasma on the film provided from the film supply part. The steel feed port provides steel(21). The adhesive coating part spreads adhesive on the steel provided from the steel feed port. The adhesive is urethane-based adhesive. The roll laminating unit laminates the ion plasma processed film and the steel in which the adhesive is spread.

본 발명은 패킷 데이터의 전송을 위한 복합 자동 재전송요구(HARQ) 방식에 따라 패킷 데이터와 부가정보를 전송함에 있어서 데이터 수율과 서비스 품질을 최적화하기 위한 것으로서, 송신장치의 재전송 제어기는 패킷 데이터의 전송 에러 정정을 위해 상기 패킷 데이터의 서비스 우선순위에 따라 요구되는 패킷 차단율을 만족하면서 데이터 수율을 최대로 하는 부가정보의 크기를 결정하고, 송신기는 상기 패킷 데이터에 대한 재전송 요구가 있을 시 상기 결정된 크기를 가지는 부가정보를 전송한다. 이러한 본 발명은 HARQ 방식에서 매 재전송시마다 다양한 크기를 가지는 부가정보를 전송함으로써 사용자별로 요구된 서비스 품질을 만족하면서 수율을 최대로 하고, 다양한 크기를 가지는 부가정보에 해당하는 ACK 또는 NACK를 효율적으로 수신할 수 있다.
